Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to the services, offers and solutions provided by Project NoX, especially in the fields of IT services, hosting, web, infrastructure, support and technical consulting.

1. Scope

These Terms apply to all contracts, offers, services and other work between Project NoX and the respective client or customer, unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

2. Services

Project NoX provides services particularly in the areas of servers, hosting, deployment, web, security, infrastructure, maintenance, support and technical consulting. The exact scope of services is defined by the respective offer, individual agreement or relevant product description.

3. Customer Cooperation Obligations

The customer shall provide all information, access, content and approvals required for the provision of services in due time. Delays caused by missing cooperation are not the responsibility of Project NoX.

4. Availability and Maintenance

Project NoX strives for a stable and secure operation of the offered services. However, planned maintenance, technical adjustments, security measures or necessary interruptions may occur at any time within a reasonable scope.

5. Liability

Project NoX shall only be liable within the limits of the applicable statutory provisions. No liability is assumed, to the extent permitted by law, for technical failures, data loss, interruptions or damages caused by third parties, external services, force majeure or improper use.

6. Offers, Prices and Changes

Offers made by Project NoX are subject to change and non-binding unless expressly marked as binding. Prices, service contents and technical features may be adjusted within future offers or further developments.

7. Term and Termination

Unless otherwise agreed, services shall be considered project-based or ongoing according to individual agreement. Both parties may terminate an ongoing contractual relationship in accordance with the agreed conditions.

8. Final Provisions

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply. Should any provision of these Terms be or become wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
